Part-Time Administrator/Admin Assistant
Classification: Part‐time, some weekday evenings and weekends required. Some travel required

We provide support in the form of emergency financial assistance, childcare assistance, resource and referral services, and professional development to women veterans. Every step is dedicated to supporting these outstanding women to navigate obstacles and realize their maximum potential after their service career.
Under the general direction of the CEO, the Administrator is responsible for maintaining and updating the calendar, ordering of supplies, filing, printing and mailing of letters. The focus of this position will be to send out timely Thank You letters to donors, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrator: Performs a variety of skilled administrative and clerical duties. These include but are not limited to ordering of supplies, inputting donors into the donor database, assisting with mass mailings, assisting and participating in special events, arranging for pickup of donated items, printing and mailing of acknowledgement letters for gifts and donations to help nurture their connection to the organization. May provide secretarial support to other FFWW team members.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administration
• Excellent computer literacy skills. Experience with donor databases, Classy, Little Green Light, etc.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, written and oral communication skills (including strong public speaking skills), proof reading, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong team player who also works well autonomously.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekdays/evenings/weekends as needed and required
