Caitlin Carroll

Caitlin Carroll is the EVP of External Relations for the Jean Perkins Foundation, a Nevada-based private foundation. Before joining the Foundation full time in 2022, Caitlin served on its board of directors for 12 years.

Prior to going in-house at Jean Perkins, Caitlin worked as a media and communications strategist for 20 years helping Fortune 500 companies, Members of Congress, and non-profit leaders run successful public relations campaigns. She worked with C-suite leaders at companies such as Dell and General Electric to create media and communications strategies that helped organizations win public affairs campaigns and successfully position corporate thought leaders and brands. During her career, she secured news coverage for clients in media outlets including The Wall Street Journal, ABC World News Tonight, The New York Times, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC, among others.

Earlier in her career, Caitlin worked as the Communications Director and Leadership Staffer for Congresswoman Kay Granger. Before working for Congresswoman Granger, Caitlin served as the National TV and Radio Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee and as a reporter for a Los Angeles-based newspaper.

She is currently finishing her master’s degree in nonprofit management from Johns Hopkins University and holds a B.A. in English from the University of California at Santa Barbara. She currently lives in Los Angeles.
