Charlotte Hope currently serves as a Program Coordinator at Foundation for Women Warriors. In this role, she supports women veterans by conducting intake assessments and facilitating access to individualized resources and services tailored to their specific needs.
Prior to this, Charlotte worked as an Early Intervention Specialist in San Diego County, supporting families from diverse backgrounds, including those stationed locally. As a military spouse, she brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by service members, particularly women in the military.
Charlotte’s passion for supporting others, particularly women navigating complex challenges, is rooted in years of volunteer work with medically vulnerable children, individuals with special needs, and families facing difficult circumstances. These experiences instilled in her a deep belief in the power of empathy, dignity, and access to support. As a military spouse with close ties to the veteran community, she is especially committed to helping women thrive in environments where they’ve historically been underrepresented; ensuring they feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Development with a focus in Child Life from Georgia Southern University. In addition, she has completed specialized training in areas such as veteran support, disability services, and mental health crisis response, and is passionate about continuing her education to better serve those in need.
