Cyrinthia Richards currently serves as the Community Relations Coordinator, where she plays a key role in stewarding meaningful relationships with FFWW supporters. In this role, she oversees donor engagement, manages gift processing, and maintains the donor database ensuring that every contribution is recognized and every supporter feels connected to the mission.
Prior to this role, Cyrinthia worked in nonprofit development as the Senior Development Coordinator for the Hawai‘i Youth Symphony. There, she combined her passion for the arts with her skills in fundraising and administration to support youth access to music education across the islands.
Cyrinthia holds a B.A. in Music from the University of New Mexico with a concentration in horn and a minor in arts administration. During her studies, she was an active performer in the marching and symphonic bands, as well as a member of Dr. Walker’s horn studio ensemble. She served two terms as president of the Lobo Horn Club and was a board member for three years. Her experience also includes roles as an operations intern at Pacific Crest Drum and Bugle Corps, a social media intern for Amity Trio, and a student advisor with the International Horn Society’s Student Advisory Council.
