Giselle Valdez Jackson is a Managing Director within PNC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking group, where she advises and supports Bay Area–headquartered middle‑market companies with annual revenues of $50 million and above. In her role, Giselle delivers strategic financial guidance and comprehensive banking solutions that help companies navigate complexity, scale efficiently, and pursue their long‑term objectives. In addition, Giselle serves as the Women’s Business Development Lead for Northern California, partnering across the region to elevate women leaders, founders, and finance executives through targeted engagement, resources, and community‑building initiatives.
A Marine Corps veteran with more than 15 years of banking experience, Giselle’s background spans public finance—including affordable housing and higher education/nonprofit sectors—as well as commercial banking, where she spent several years supporting high‑growth technology companies. She is known for her relationship‑first approach, thoughtful perspective, and ability to support clients holistically.
Originally from New York, Giselle lives in Oakland with her husband Sean and daughter Aliana.
