Molly Holm serves as the Community Partnerships Director at Foundation for Women Warriors, where she strengthens and expands the foundation’s community relationships to enhance program impact, volunteer engagement, and philanthropic investment. Molly oversees the grant management cycle, leads a robust community engagement program, and manages volunteer efforts and events, elevating our organization’s visibility and support initiatives.
Molly began her career in federal service, dedicating more than fifteen years to specialized service member and family readiness roles. Molly brings a solid foundation of knowledge, experience, and oversight as it relates to military and veteran support, community partnerships, and leadership.
Molly’s lived experience as part of an active-duty military family, combined with a legacy of service among her extended family, fuels her dedication to strengthening the women veteran community. Through intentional relationship stewardship and collaborative partnership-building, she ensures the organization’s mission is amplified within the community.
Molly holds a bachelor’s degree in social science & education and numerous certifications in personal and professional development facilitation and training. She is active in her community, serving as an assistant advisor for a local youth leadership and career success chapter, while maintaining connections with many nationwide organizations that serve and support veterans, service members, and military families.
