Summer of Self-Care: Bikram Yoga

This summer, decompress and refocus your energy to caring for yourself. Have fun learning new methods to lower anxiety, reduce stress, increase focus, and improve relationships.
Treat yourself to free monthly mindfulness & meditation courses, plus vouchers for Zumba and Yoga.
This all-levels class is based on the Bikram Hatha Yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The original 90 min format is how it all started and is unparalleled for increasing your strength, flexibility and focus.
