Summer of Self-Care: Yoga

- This all-levels class is based on the Bikram Hatha Yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The original 90 min format is how it all started and is unparalleled for increasing your strength, flexibility and focus.
Bikram Yoga – Silent
- This all-levels class is based on the Bikram Hatha yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises and is a silent, teacher lead, 60 minute class. The deep meditative aspect of silence allows students to deepen their practice through meditation and allows them to hear their own inner teacher.
Yin Yoga Deep Stretch
- This non-heated, slow-paced class is open to all levels. The restorative postures are held longer with the help of props. Yin yoga targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — as well as our muscles.
- Hot Pilates is an extremely challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. There is no impact, so it is safe practice for all fitness levels of students. It is a training system which combines Pilates principles with high intensity interval training.
